Política de reembolso

Devoluciones
Nuestra póliza tiene una duración de 30 días. Si han pasado 30 días desde su compra, desafortunadamente no podemos ofrecerle un reembolso o cambio.

Para ser elegible para una devolución, su artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió. También debe estar en el embalaje original.

Para completar su devolución, necesitamos un recibo o prueba de compra.

Reembolsos (si procede)
Una vez recibida e inspeccionada su devolución, le enviaremos un correo electrónico para notificarle que hemos recibido su artículo devuelto. También le notificaremos de la aprobación o rechazo de su reembolso.
Si es aprobado, entonces su reembolso será procesado, y un crédito será automáticamente aplicado a su tarjeta de crédito o método original de pago, dentro de 10 de días.

Reembolsos tardíos o faltantes (si procede)
Si aún no ha recibido un reembolso, primero compruebe su cuenta bancaria de nuevo.

Usted será responsable de pagar sus propios gastos de envío para devolver su artículo. Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables. Si usted recibe un reembolso, el costo del envío de devolución será deducido de su reembolso.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
